What's included in a finished cabin?
A finished cabin includes the complete structure plus interior finishout: insulation, interior walls, flooring, kitchen (cabinets, countertop, sink, basic appliances), bathroom (toilet, shower, vanity), electrical, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC. You get a move-in-ready dwelling.
What sizes are available for finished cabins?
Finished cabins typically start at 12×24 and go up to 16×40 and larger. The right size depends on the number of rooms, kitchen size, and living area you need. We can walk you through layouts for different sizes.
Do I need utility hookups on my property?
Yes. You'll need electrical service, water supply, and either sewer or septic access at your property. The cabin comes with interior wiring and plumbing ready to connect to your utilities. A licensed electrician and plumber handle the final hookups.
Can I customize the floor plan and finishes?
Yes. We work with you on the interior layout — where the kitchen goes, bathroom placement, room divisions, countertop and flooring choices. It's your cabin; we build it the way you want it.
How does financing work for finished cabins?
