Start Your Homestead
Got land and a dream? Our cabin shells give you a solid starting point — a weathertight structure you can finish on your own timeline and budget. Or go turnkey with a finished cabin that's ready to move into.

Built the way you need it.
Pick the style that fits. All sizes are common builds we stock or build on a 2–4 week timeline — custom sizes and finishes welcome.

Wood Unfinished Shell
At OK Structures, we build top-quality cabins in Oklahoma. Our wood cabins include:

Metal Unfinished Shell
What makes our metal cabins special is that each cabin we offer includes these great features:

Metal Porch Cabin
The porch cabin is where indoor living meets outdoor living. The covered porch gives you a shaded spot to sit, cook, or just watch the sunset — and the log siding accent on the porch gives the whole building a rustic cabin feel that metal alone can't match.

Finished Cabin
A finished cabin arrives with the interior complete — kitchen, bathroom, interior walls, flooring, fixtures. The interior finishout work is done. You'll still need utility hookups (electrical, water, sewer or septic) at your site, but the cabin itself is ready to connect and move in.
From first call to final nail.
Getting your cabin is simpler than most people expect.

The questions
everyone asks.
What's the difference between a shell and a finished cabin?
A shell is a weathertight structure — roof, walls, floor, doors, windows — that you finish out yourself (insulation, drywall, plumbing, electrical). A finished cabin comes turnkey with kitchen, bath, and everything ready to live in.
Can I finish the cabin shell myself?
Absolutely. Many of our customers do their own finish work over time. We can also connect you with local contractors who specialize in cabin finishouts if you'd rather hire it out.
Do I need a permit for a cabin?
If you're adding plumbing and electrical, most Oklahoma counties require a building permit. Shell-only cabins used for non-residential purposes may be exempt in rural areas. Check with your county office.
How much does a finished cabin cost?
Finished cabin pricing varies by size, finishes, and material costs at time of order. Shells start much lower. Contact us for a current quote on your specific needs — pricing changes with material costs.
Can I use rent-to-own for a cabin?
Yes. Our rent-to-own program works for cabin shells and portable cabins — no credit check, 24–60 month terms. Finished cabins may have different financing options.
No credit check. No waiting games.
Affordable monthly payments, 24–60 month terms, no early-payoff penalty. Free delivery within 50 miles of Perkins. At the end of the term, the building's yours outright.
