Return & Cancellation Policy

Orders for standard portable buildings may be canceled by the purchaser at any time before delivery. If you cancel, OK Structures may charge a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price.

• If you have already paid 10% or more of the purchase price, we retain the 10% restocking fee and refund any amount above that fee.
• If you have paid nothing, or less than 10% of the purchase price, the restocking fee is due at cancellation. Any amount already paid will be applied to that fee.

Orders for custom-built or custom-painted portable buildings may not be canceled except with prior written consent from OK Structures. That consent may be withheld for any reason or no reason.

After delivery, portable buildings cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery. Coverage after delivery is limited to the warranty policy, where it applies.
