Hide-Out Playhouses

The Hide-Out playhouse is for the kid who'd rather build a fort than have a tea party. Same quality build as our other playhouses — but the styling leans rustic and adventurous, not refined. Whimsical Dutch-style front door (top swings open, bottom latches), two shuttered windows, an octagon accent window, a flower box, a 26" side door, 4-foot walls, and a 30" loft with ladder — all built like a frontier outpost the kids can actually live in.

If the Cottage is a tiny home and the Victorian is a fancy garden retreat, the Hide-Out is a hide-and-seek headquarters. The proportions, the door layout, and the rustic trim work together to give it the look of a real fort — the kind of playhouse where secret clubs and treasure maps make sense. The 30" loft is the favorite feature; older kids haul a sleeping bag up there and disappear for the afternoon.

Built with the same wood, framing, roofing, and warranty as our adult sheds. So when the play phase wraps up, the Hide-Out cleanly becomes a backyard storage building, a workshop nook, or a garden shed — no construction changes needed.
