Victorian Playhouses

The Victorian playhouse is our most decorated build — and it shows. A charming Dutch-style front door (top half opens for fresh air, bottom half stays closed), two shuttered windows, an octagon accent window that fills the playhouse with natural light, a flower box up front for real plants, a 26" side door, 4-foot side walls, and a 30" loft accessible by ladder. The trim details and refined porch-style accents set it apart from a plain shed and give it the look of a real miniature building, not a toy.

The Victorian works equally well as a backyard centerpiece for the kids and as a long-term piece of yard architecture. The flower box isn't just decoration — line it with a planter tray and grow real flowers in it; many customers tell us it's the part their kids fight over watering. The 30" loft (taller than the Cottage's loft) gives older kids a legit hideaway space for books, stuffed animals, or a peek-a-boo nook.

Like all our buildings, you pick the siding, trim, and roofing colors. Match it to your house, contrast it for a yard accent, or pull from the rest of the property's palette — we'll bring whatever combination you spec, with the same materials and warranty as our full-size buildings.
