Can I add heating and air conditioning?
Yes. Many customers add a mini-split HVAC unit for year-round comfort. Window units work too. The building can be insulated during construction to make climate control more efficient. You'll need a licensed electrician for the installation.
Do she-sheds come with electricity?
The building is electrical-ready — you'll need a licensed electrician to run power from your house and install outlets, lighting, and any HVAC. We can pre-wire during the build if you know your electrical plan ahead of time.
What interior finish options are available?
We deliver the she-shed as a shell that you finish to your taste. Some customers add drywall and paint, others prefer shiplap or tongue-and-groove paneling for a cottage feel. The interior is your canvas.
How is a she-shed different from a regular storage shed?
Construction is similar, but she-sheds are built and configured for people space, not storage. More windows, insulation options, and a focus on comfort rather than utility. Think of it as a tiny room, not a place to park your mower.
